1. Delivery Timelines
In the current deployment phase, AnythingKart operates a standard 2 to 5 business days delivery window across all serviceable locations. Timelines are indicative and subject to logistics and force-majeure conditions.
2. Checkout Fee Components
Final checkout invoicing comprises:
- the absolute item value;
- variable logistics tiers;
- explicit HSN-mapped GST lines; and
- a Marketplace Fee and a Handling Charge per cart checkout; and
- a Small Cart Fee on low-value carts, which reduces and then falls away as the cart value rises.
Each of these fees is itemised by name and amount on the bill before you pay, and the amount shown is the amount charged. Current rates are always the ones displayed on your cart and checkout page.
3. First-Order Incentive
New buyer profiles receive Free Delivery + a flat 5% discount (capped at ₹50), applicable strictly to PREPAID transactions only.
4. Shipping Tiers
- Cart subtotal above ₹999 → Free Shipping.
- Cart subtotal below ₹999 → localised logistics weight metrics apply.
5. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Conditions
- COD is entirely disabled for any customer’s first order.
- COD is blocked for any order total below ₹499.
- Eligible COD orders incur an unavoidable logistics risk premium of Flat ₹79.
- High-value COD profiles require a Mandatory Partial COD prepayment of ₹100.
6. Night-Order Verification
COD requests placed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM are queued for an automated WhatsApp confirmation at 7:00 AM, followed by manual telephonic validation by our operations team prior to dispatch.
7. High-RTO Geofence Controls
Shipments mapping to geographies with a localised history of >30% RTO trigger automated UI warning flags and stricter verification protocols before dispatch.
8. Delivery Handshake
Out-for-delivery shipments expose dynamic rider-contact parameters. All fulfilments require a verified 4-digit Delivery OTP to be provided to the delivery agent before an order is marked successfully delivered.
