1. Delivery
- We deliver to serviceable pincodes through courier partners. Enter your pincode or address to check serviceability.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed. This is an estimate and may be longer for remote areas, during peak periods or for reasons outside our control.
2. Prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A selling price never exceeds the MRP printed on the pack.
- Until 31 December 2026, a struck-through price or "% off" is measured against the MRP printed on the pack. From 1 January 2027, it is shown only when the current price is below the lowest price of the last 30 days, and the struck price is that 30-day low.
3. Charges at checkout
Your bill may include:
- a delivery charge, which may be waived above an order value shown in the cart;
- a marketplace fee per order;
- a small cart fee on low-value carts, which reduces and then falls away as the cart value rises;
- a Cash on Delivery fee, only if you choose Cash on Delivery; and
- an optional "Support AnythingKart" contribution, only if you choose one — it is never pre-selected.
Every charge is shown by name and amount before you place the order, and the amount shown is the amount charged. Where a charge is shown struck through, the lower amount is a real discount on its usual price. Current amounts are always those in your cart and at checkout.
4. Coupons and first-order benefits
Coupons and first-order benefits (such as free delivery on a first order) apply only on their stated terms, shown in the cart. Some apply only to orders paid online.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is offered only where checkout shows it as available. It may be unavailable:
- below a minimum or above a maximum order value;
- during night hours;
- on your first order;
- for some products or pincodes; or
- for an order that includes a "Support AnythingKart" contribution, which must be paid online.
