1. Listings and search
Only products that match your search and filters are shown. Among them, the order is decided by:
- Availability: products you can buy now come first. Out-of-stock and currently unavailable products follow, and “Coming soon” products come last.
- Customer ratings: within each group, products with more customer ratings come first.
- Newness: when the number of ratings is equal, newer products come first.
- Pack order: the sizes or versions of one product are shown in the product’s own option order (for example smallest to largest), then by the date they were added.
What decides whether a product is shown at all: your search words must appear in the product name or its search keywords, and the product must fit the category, product type and country-of-origin filters you picked. A product is listed only after our catalog team approves it and at least one seller has offered it.
Price, the seller’s identity and the fees a seller pays us do not change the order of listings. There are no sponsored or paid placements on AnythingKart today. If we add them, they will be clearly labelled “Sponsored”.
2. Which offer you see first on a product page
When more than one seller sells the same item, the offer shown first is chosen in this order:
- In stock: an offer that can ship now comes before one that is out of stock.
- Lowest total price: item price plus delivery charge.
- Fastest delivery: the shortest estimated delivery time.
- Listed first: on a full tie, the offer that was listed earliest.
Offers sold by AnythingKart itself get no preference over other sellers. An offer is shown only when the seller’s account and documents are verified, the seller is allowed to sell the brand, it holds a valid licence where the law needs one (for example FSSAI for food) and its stock is at an approved location. “Other sellers” on the product page lists every eligible offer with its price, delivery, returns and seller details.
