Is the AnythingKart app free?
Yes. The AnythingKart app is free to download on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).
Can I use the same account on the website and the app?
Yes. Log in with the same mobile number and your orders, addresses and wishlist are all there.
How do I log in to the app?
Enter your mobile number and the one-time code we send on WhatsApp or SMS. There's no password, and your account is created automatically the first time. You can browse and fill your cart without logging in.
Is Cash on Delivery available in the app?
Yes, on eligible orders. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay in cash or UPI when your order arrives. It's available on orders from ₹499 to ₹5,000. Your first order must be paid online. A small COD fee applies; paying online skips it. Some products and pincodes are online-only, and checkout shows if COD isn't available.
How do I track my order?
Open the Orders tab to see every order's status. Once your order is out for delivery, live updates also show on your lock screen on iPhone and Android.
