PASUTAM Gir Cow Bilona Ghee (1 L)

Description

Pasutam Gir Cow Bilona Ghee is made from the milk of Gir cows using the traditional bilona method.

The milk is set into curd, the curd is churned in a bilona to separate white butter (makkhan), and the butter is slowly heated until it turns into ghee. The ghee is then filtered and packed in a glass jar.

Nothing is added — no preservatives, colours or flavours. Slow heating gives it a rich aroma, a golden colour and a naturally grainy texture.

Use it for everyday cooking and tadka, spread it on rotis and parathas, add it to dal and rice, or use it in sweets and festive recipes.

Ghee may solidify in cooler weather; this does not affect its quality.
